1. Print Application from above, or call (719.633.2303), FAX (719.633.1031) or e-mail request for application for the Program.
2. Complete the application and return it with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Your complete tuition is due 60-30 days prior to your program.
3. A phone call or a letter of acceptance will be provided upon your acceptance into the program.
4. Fax or mail your flight arrival itinerary so that we can pick you up at the airport.
5. Additional services can be provided during your stay at the Mercy Center. Each additional service can be arranged through the Executive Director. Individual Counseling, Mandala Assessment, Inner Healing, Body/Breathwork, Healing Touch and Spiritual Direction and Massage Therapy: $50 per session.
6. Our Guest House and Main Facility provide individual bedrooms. We are a nonsmoking facility. Our meals are designed with a strong emphasis on nutrition. Bring swim wear for use of the local pool or hot tub. Walking shoes, a sweater and light jacket (during summer) are recommended, and sun screen is used year round. A water bottle so as to remind our guests that our high altitude demands that you drink water throughout the day.
